Role Overview:
Lead client-facing discovery, configuration, and deployment of ERPNext modules. Translate business needs into system workflows and ensure successful adoption across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement workshops and gap analyses
- Configure ERPNext modules (HR, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
- Prepare functional documentation and user stories
- Collaborate with developers for customizations
- Train end-users and support go-live activities
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in ERP implementation (preferably ERPNext or Frappe)
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English
- Experience with Egyptian regulatory and tax frameworks is a plus
KPIs:
- Client satisfaction score ≥ 90%
- Configuration delivery on time ≥ 95%
- Training effectiveness rating ≥ 85%
