Role Requirements
- Customer Focus: Help clients improve how they reach, serve, and retain their customers through better experiences and smart strategies.
- Consulting Work: Support top companies in implementing and integrating SAP CX tools for Sales or Service. Work with global clients across various industries to support their digital transformation.
- Holistic Consulting - Your field of activity in the area of "Customer Transformation – SAP CX" includes advising leading companies on the implementation and integration of SAP CX in the areas of Sales or Service. We are working with clients from all industries across the globe, enabling digital transformations of individual business units to entire business models.
- Your Role:
- As a Senior Consultant, you’ll gather customer requirements, design and improve processes, configure SAP systems, and suggest system enhancements. You may also lead a team of experts.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SAP CX technologies, including AI and automation, to help clients stay competitive.
- Growth Opportunities: Get excellent training, coaching, and hands-on experience through diverse and challenging tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in business informatics, IT, or a related field.
- Consultant level: Experience in SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S4HANA Service or CRM, especially in improving business processes in sales or service.
- Senior Consultant level: From 4-7 years of SAP CX Sales, Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
- Experience and strong skills in process improvement in the same areas.
- Technical Expertise (depending on your profile):
- Deep knowledge of SAP CX Sales , Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
- Experience with system configuration and functions like Service Requests, Contracts, Orders, Confirmations, and Maintenance.
- Integration with Finance, Sales (e.g. returns, billing), and Logistics is a plus.
Skills Needed:
- Experience of SAP CX Sales , Service, SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CRM.
- Quick to understand complex problems and find practical solutions.
- Great at building trust with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (German is a plus) and confident in leading presentations and workshops.
