Expert Passive and DC Presales Engineer

Design integrated and technically sound solutions for structured cabling and data center infrastructure.

Review and validate the technical accuracy and compatibility of proposals before submission.

Create technical write-ups, system schematics, and solution diagrams that highlight design advantages.

Act as a trusted technical advisor to sales teams and clients, especially in complex solution engagements.

Conduct technical presentations, participate in customer meetings, and defend proposed solutions.

Assist in identifying appropriate suppliers and recommend competitive pricing based on market trends and customer needs.

Analyze RFQs, RFPs, and technical specifications to extract and define clear customer requirements.

Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs), solution documentation, and supplier comparisons.

Study competitor offerings to position strengths effectively and address gaps tactfully.

Review project implementation plans to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with proposed solutions.

Ensure proper handover to project teams with all technical details clearly communicated.

Contribute to the enhancement of the solution portfolio by introducing new offerings and retiring outdated ones.

Gather feedback from Sales, PMs, and technical teams to improve solution relevance and customer satisfaction.

Educate account management teams on new solutions to help them identify relevant sales opportunities.

Assist in internal training and knowledge management initiatives related to new technologies and best practices.
