Greet guests warmly in F&B outlets and ensure they are comfortably seated.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests (e.g., dietary needs, celebrations).
Follow up with guests during and after dining to ensure satisfaction.
Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, coordinating with F&B staff and management.
Collect guest feedback and report it to F&B management for service improvement.
Assist with seating arrangements, table turnover, and maintaining guest flow.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and special events.
Promote upselling of special dishes, beverages, or events.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to deliver a seamless experience.
Maintain an elegant, professional appearance and a warm, approachable manner.
Requirements
Previous experience in guest relations or front-of-house F&B roles (minimum 1–2 years in hospitality).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent English is required; German, Russian, or Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
Well-groomed with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle guest concerns under pressure with diplomacy and tact.
Familiarity with F&B operations and POS/reservation systems is preferred.
Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
