Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial aspects of the manufacturing operation, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis to monitor financial performance.
- Implement and maintain financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze manufacturing costs and revenues to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to review financial performance and develop operational budgets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, ensuring adherence to financial processes.
- Provide strategic insights and financial guidance to support decision-making at all levels.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development and high performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of financial management experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
