Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
Objectives of the Role
- Build highly scalable distributed solutions to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
- Develop new features and infrastructure to support emerging business requirements.
- Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to deployment.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of code quality.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall web architecture, including front-end UI and back-end systems.
- Develop responsive web applications with cross-platform optimization for mobile devices.
- Create APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
- Build and maintain databases, ensuring data security and efficient functionality.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of web design features.
- Implement testing platforms and unit tests for robust application performance.
- Manage server infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Work with agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role (minimum 3 years preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular.js, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development expertise in languages like Node.js, Python, Java, Ruby, or PHP.
- Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with caching mechanisms like Redis or Memcached.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles for designing user-friendly interfaces.
