Giza Systems Foundation (GSF) seeks a motivated and strategic Fundraising and Business Development Officer to join our team. This role will focus on expanding our network of donors and partners, securing funding opportunities, and driving the growth of our programs to create meaningful impact across communities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective donors, sponsors, and corporate partners to secure funding opportunities.
- Maintain consistent engagement with existing donors, providing updates on the impact of their contributions and ensuring continued support.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new funding opportunities and build a strong donor pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals, sponsorship packages, and donor presentations.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify competitive advantages, and explore new partnership opportunities.
- Track and report on key metrics to measure progress against fundraising targets and ensure goals are met.
Personal Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of securing funding or closing deals successfully.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven with a passion for social impact.
Technical Skills
Experience with CRM tools and managing donor or client relationships is preferred.
