Position Overview:
We are looking for Rockstar, Spirited, Outgoing and energetic Graphic Designer, who will play a key role in supporting the visual communication needs of the Marketing & Communications team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality 2D designs, video editing, and final artwork preparation across digital and print platforms. The Designer will collaborate closely with the team to ensure all visual assets are aligned with the GFF brand and creative direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling 2D designs for marketing campaigns, social media, print materials, and on-ground assets.
- Edit and finalize video content for use across digital platforms, including trailers, social snippets, and event recaps.
- Prepare final artwork and ensure all deliverables are production-ready and meet technical specifications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to adapt design concepts into various formats.
- Maintain consistency with GFF’s visual identity and contribute to upholding brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines. Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to elevate visual content.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in events, media, or entertainment industries.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
- Attention to detail and ability to finalize artworks for print and digital use.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent command of English language
- (Experience working in film festivals, cultural events, or entertainment sectors (preferred).
