The Infinity Group is a London-based contracting service provider for the construction industry. We manage subcontractors' payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.
Our service handles invoicing, receives payments from construction companies or agencies, processes their payments, and deducts CIS tax and Umbrella Service.
We seek a talented graphic designer who can turn ideas into impressive visuals for digital and print media. This part-time remote position offers a unique chance to create a meaningful impact through visuals. The right candidate will be skilled in modern design software and handle the entire design process, from brainstorming to final deliverables. You will work with various teams in the organisation, using your ability to create visuals from written and spoken ideas. A strong understanding of branding and marketing is essential, as you will help define the best style and layout for each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on different projects across various media platforms, using other software to create innovative graphic designs that support our business goals.
- Gather insights from managers to ensure our designs meet company standards and reflect our brand's vision.
- Balance working alone with teamwork while meeting deadlines and budget limits, which may mean managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analyse existing processes, identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance our design work.
- Keep our internal databases updated with designs, photos, and videos for an efficient workflow.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with teams or clients on materials such as websites, presentations, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and promotional content.
- Create high-quality designs that align with our established brand identity.
- Develop concepts using manual and digital methods, choosing the best combinations of colour, typography, images, and layout for original content.
- Manage the design and upload process for all project materials, following best practices for content management systems to ensure quality.
- Stay aware of design trends and use knowledge of market changes to create specialised materials.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional graphic designer.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong command of Canva & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience in motion graphics and video editing,
- Strong visual storytelling and branding skills.
- Ability to conceptualise and execute high-quality, engaging designs.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and innovation.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Quick adaptation to feedback and revisions.

Pay: E£7,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
