Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrator to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities and contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all processes related to new starters, including preparation of documentation and system onboarding.
- Manage leaver administration, ensuring timely completion of exit procedures and accurate record-keeping.
- Provide support throughout the onboarding process, liaising with relevant departments to facilitate a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and regularly update My HR Essentials, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner, offering accurate information and guidance.
- Assist HR Business Partners with a variety of HR-related queries and administrative tasks.
- Monitor and manage employee absences, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Update and maintain records of employee holidays and sickness, ensuring alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
