This is a critical role within the People & Culture function that partners with Business Leaders throughout the employee lifecycle providing all-round service, driving employee engagement aiming to exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with People & Culture Manager and Senior HR Business Partner to design and implement the people strategy that support business goals.
- Manages and implements annual people processes for designated areas: performance cycle, talent review and succession planning, engagement action planning based on company surveys.
- Ensures the entire Employee lifecycle in the assigned organization offering support, information, and guidance to managers and employees: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Talent Development, Performance Management etc.
- Coaches and advise managers to implement the people strategy in the sub-functions/departments under responsibility.
- Facilitate performance review processes, from educating Line Managers on performance standards, to calibration sessions and guidance in accelerating performance.
- Ensures high quality Talent Review Sessions are conducted: succession planning and talent development plans for critical segments developed & executed.
- Designs and monitors implementation of sub-functional/department engagement plans. Drives initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, building accountability to line managers for the action plan.
- Provides guidance on inquiries, grievances and employee complaints.
- Analyzes, prepares and provides actionable insights to leaders and works together with the rest of People & Culture team to design initiatives on employee engagement, retention, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
- Partners with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment strategy, including interviewing and candidate selection for selected roles.
- Act as an ambassador and change agent of the diversity & inclusion-strategy.
- Actively identify gaps and areas of improvement in processes and procedures, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks and improve employee experience.
- Manage complex projects cross-functionally to ensure the implementation of the people strategy (collaborates with key: People Services (BSO), Talent Acquisition, Rewards etc).
- Is a true ambassador and beacon of the Coca-Cola HBC values every day.
Are these your secret ingredients?
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is an advantage.
- More than 3 years of experience in the People & Culture field (HRBP, HR Generalist) preferably in FMCG/Retail/ IT sectors.
- Proficient English level
- General knowledge of the most important HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Engagement, Rewards, HR Services)
- Results driven with high sense of ownership of area of responsibility
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management with people & customer focused mindset.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence and interact effectively across levels.
- Multi-tasker that can manage several projects at once under tight deadlines and accommodate rapid changes and ad-hoc requests from the business partners
- Problem solving with the ability to make informed and value adding decisions
- Good understanding of how data analysis and reporting support building the people agenda.
