At PetroApp, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Manager to become an integral part of our team. This position plays a key role in shaping our workforce and ensuring that we cultivate a supportive and high-performance workplace. He will be responsible for all HR-related activities, policies and employee engagement across our operations. He will be reporting to the Group HR Director.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support our business objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Manage recruitment processes, ensuring an effective onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all social insurance and labor law regulations, while managing the complete medical cycle for employees.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and conflict resolution issues.
- Coordinate performance management processes and leadership development programs.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans, analyzing trends for best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee involvement and feedback.
- Responsible for the Payroll Process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR with a focus on HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and labor legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Holding MBA is a plus.
