The HR Transformation Programme Lead will spearhead the end-to-end delivery of the VOIS HR Reimagined programme, ensuring seamless coordination across strategic workstreams and initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the transformation of HR into a proactive, insight-led enabler of VOIS’s commercial growth.
You will be responsible for orchestrating programme planning, execution, and change and comms management, ensuring alignment with the business vision and measurable outcomes / KPIs. You will partner and support the Senior Transformation to deliver the vision and programme outcomes. This will include close working with workstream leads (VOIS HR LT), delivery squads across Centres of Excellence, Operations, and HR Services, to drive cross-functional collaboration and delivery of scalable, data-driven people solutions that unlock performance, optimise cost, and elevate the employee experience.
As a visible transformation leader, you will:
- Champion agile ways of working and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Drive strategic change, communications and stakeholder engagement across the Programme and VOIS to embed the transformation.
- Ensure delivery excellence through structured governance, risk management, and milestone tracking and measurable impact through impact success measures and KPIs.
- Act as a catalyst for capability building, digital enablement, and behaviour changes which enables employee experience shifts including championing the use of AI / GenAI and Automation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Programme Leadership & Governance
o Represent the programme in key governance and decision-making forums; act as delegate for the Senior Transformation Manager when required.
o Collaborate with the immediate programme team i.e. OE Lead, Graduate, PA to manage programme governance, including meeting cadence, agendas, and materials.
o Drive the creation of content for governance forums (e.g. Programme Steercos, GMT, Board Papers), working closely with the Senior Transformation Manager and TX team.
o Maintain programme artefacts i.e. own and govern centralised knowledge hubs, documentation, and templates to ensure consistency and accessibility
- Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
o Work closely with Internal Comms to shape, input to and deliver change communications and engagement plans and content aligned to programme outputs / workstream needs.
o Collaborate with Workstream Leads, squads, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones, risk management, and readiness for governance checkpoints.
o Drive value realisation by ensuring initiatives are aligned to measurable KPIs and value levers, such as cost efficiency, capability uplift, and employee experience - while actively monitoring, tracking, and managing programme success metrics to maintain alignment with strategic goals.

o Act as a strategic change leader, embedding new ways of working, mindset shifts, and future capabilities across the HR and business landscape.

- 3+ years’ experience in HR transformation, organisational change, or business transformation within a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, future of work trends, and emerging technologies including GenAI and automation.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and tracking KPIs, success measures, and delivery outcomes against strategic targets, external trends / benchmarks.
- Familiarity with business case development and financial tracking, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI for transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, align, and inspire diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with high levels of ambiguity and change.
- Proven ability to shape and deliver change and communications strategies, partnering with internal comms teams to develop messaging, engagement plans, and content that drives awareness, alignment, and adoption across HR and business audiences.
- Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate complex transformation concepts into clear, compelling messages that resonate across diverse audiences
