Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to support brand, product, and seasonal goals.
Identify and onboard relevant food, lifestyle, and micro/macro influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
Manage ongoing influencer relationships, including contracts, briefings, content approvals, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align influencer activity with broader marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign results and provide insights and reporting on reach, engagement, ROI, and brand impact.
Track influencer trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Negotiate deliverables, pricing, and timelines to ensure cost-effective outcomes and strong partnerships.
Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and keep clear documentation of campaigns and communications.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup, tech, or consumer brand environment.
Strong network and understanding of Egyptian influencers, especially in the food, lifestyle, and entertainment spaces.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Comfortable working with data, analytics tools, and influencer platforms.
Fluent in English and Arabic—written and spoken.
Passion for food and digital culture is a big plus!
