Role Summary
We’re now looking for a curious, tech-savvy, and relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to take our GCC market expansion to the next level. As our Inside Sales Rep, your mission is to connect, qualify, and convert prospects into real opportunities across the GCC region. If you have a knack for consultative sales and a passion for cloud-based solutions, this role is built for you.
Your Role Includes:
- Engage warm and cold leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and digital channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through deep discovery and needs analysis
- Schedule product demos for Account Executives and follow up with prospects post-demo
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene (we love HubSpot/Salesforce users!)
- Research GCC market trends, identify high-potential verticals, and generate targeted lists
- Collaborate with marketing to tailor campaigns to regional pain points and buyer personas
- Stay on top of regional market trends and competitor movement in KSA, UAE, Qatar, and beyond.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR roles, preferably in SaaS or Tech
- Familiarity with GCC business culture and B2B buying behaviors
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to learn fast, speak tech simply, and close meetings daily
- Persistent, curious, and motivated by impact more than just quotas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
