🔧 What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical roles
- Conduct structured, skills-based technical interviews
- Source and engage passive talent using ATS and sourcing tools
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine requirements and strategy
- Track metrics and optimize for time-to-fill and candidate quality

Maintain high-touch candidate communications throughout the process
- 2–3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a staffing or in-house environment
- Proven ability to assess engineering, product, or data candidates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in modern ATS and sourcing platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter)

Ability to work Eastern hours, with some flexibility across time zones
- Familiarity with distributed teams or remote-first companies
