: Personal Assistant & International Patient Coordinator Location: Cairo (with occasional travel) Full-time Position – Immediate Start Vital Global Care, a leading company in international medical tourism, is hiring a reliable and polished Personal Assistant & International Patient Coordinator to support executive operations and patient experience. Your Role Will Include: Acting as the right hand of the CEO: organizing daily agendas, managing communications, and ensuring smooth operations. Coordinating all steps of the patient journey — from initial contact to treatment follow-up. Negotiating and managing partnerships with hotels, transportation providers, and other logistics partners. Managing appointments, clinic relations, and medical case coordination. Handling key communication channels including WhatsApp Business, Instagram & TikTok. Assisting in event planning, public relations, and brand representation. Who We Are Looking For: Someone the company can fully trust – discreet, proactive, and dependable. Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish is a plus. Strong communication and people skills, with professional appearance and attitude. Experience in executive assistance, medical tourism, client coordination, or high-end hospitality. Comfortable working across cultures and managing both VIP and operational tasks.
