We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the development of our seasonal collections across all categories.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for a creative, detail-oriented, and fashion-forward thinker looking to grow their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
•What you'll be doing:
• Assist with CAD drawings, design sheets, and fabric/trim development
• Support product development from concept to final sample
• Conduct trend research aligned with Nude Lucy’s aesthetic
• Prepare for and attend fittings, lookbook shoots, and eComm styling
• Collaborate with the Product and Sales teams to bring ranges to life
• Write compelling, on-brand eComm product descriptions
• Help maintain range boards and meet critical path deadlines
•What you'll bring:
✔ 1+ year experience in a similar role (womenswear preferred)
✔ Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design
✔ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
✔ Understanding of garment construction and commercial design
✔ A collaborative mindset and alignment with the Nude Lucy brand
