Job Title: Last Mile Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Last Mile Coordinator ensures that products are delivered efficiently from our warehouses to customers. This role involves being the main contact between our logistics team and our warehouses. You will monitor all last-mile deliveries, identify delays or issues, and work with warehouse staff to solve them quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Talk to Warehouses: Serve as the main point of contact for all last-mile operations.
- Check for Delays: Monitor delivery schedules and tracking systems to find and fix potential delays.
- Solve Problems: Work with warehouse teams to investigate and resolve delivery issues.
- Track Performance: Monitor key metrics like on-time delivery rates and report on warehouse performance.
- Improve Processes: Find ways to make last-mile operations more efficient.
Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Handling Calls
- Familiarity with tracking systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: E£5,000.00 - E£7,000.00 per month
