Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for complex financial applications
- Create and maintain automated regression test suites for critical financial workflows
- Establish testing standards and best practices for the QA team
- Design test cases for:
- Loan origination and processing systems
- Payment gateway integrations (PayMob, AxisPay, etc.)
- Financial reporting modules
- Third-party service integrations
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Implement performance testing for high-volume financial transactions
- Monitor and report on quality metrics and testing coverage
- 8+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in FinTech
- Understanding of Financial compliance requirements Leadership Skills
- Experience leading and mentoring QA teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritize testing efforts across multiple projects
- Track record of implementing QA best practices
- Experience in test strategy development Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing loan management systems
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with microfinance systems testing
- Expert knowledge in:
- .NET for test automation
- Selenium WebDriver
- REST API testing
- Performance testing tools
- CI/CD pipelines for test automation
- Strong understanding of:
- Testing frameworks (NUnit, MSTest)
- Version control systems (Git)
- Test case management tools
- API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
