Job Description
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of effective learning programs and initiatives that support employee growth, improve performance, and match the organization's strategic goals.
- Perform needs analysis to identify skill gaps and align development with business objectives.
- Rely on data from performance reviews, surveys, and departmental goals to assist in shaping the L&D strategy.
- Create structured programs through e-learning, classroom sessions, and blended formats.
- Assist in choosing tools and platforms that enhance knowledge transfer.
- Coordinate sessions in both physical and virtual environments.
- Manage session logistics, prepare materials, and coordinate communication.
- Work with external providers when necessary.
- Promote development programs across the organization.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Revise content based on insights and outcomes.
- Produce reports to show effectiveness and impact.
- Build strong partnerships with HR, department leaders, and subject experts.
- Advice on best practices for employee development and capability growth.
- Support broader talent and organizational initiatives.
- Stay current with trends, technologies, and research in the field.
- Pursue growth opportunities to expand knowledge and expertise.

- Ability to track training results and perform analysis of metrics such as completion rates, feedback, and ROI
- Competence in program plans and program execution within scope and budget
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to data protection and health and safety
- Familiarity with digital tools for collaboration and productivity such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace
