Your Mission

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!
- Manage the logistic aspect of a international projects, from procurement to delivery, in accordance with project’s budgets, deadlines and objectives
- Analyze and define complete logistic flows, considering the customer, final country of delivery, nature of supply, shipping constraints, packaging, incoterms, payment
- Anticipate and minimize any logistic risk before and during project execution
- Procurement, supplier ‘s follow-up to secure fulfilment of supplier’s contractual terms and conditions in accordance with project’s needs. Qualifications
About You
Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably international logistic & transport.
Language requirements: Fluent in French & English is a must
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in logistics.
- Good knowledge in international trade (procurement, incoterms, transportation, customs, international contracts, insurances, certification, etc.)
Skills requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Established project management, coaching skills, and leadership capability.
- Strong customer orientation & Proven ability to create solid relationship with the stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal
- Ability to understand, influence & convince in a matrixial organization - Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have time management skills.
