Activités
- Deliver lubricants budget covering: Volume, GMVC, DSO and Yalla Cash objectives.
- Foster close working relationship with Distributors using DMS methodology
- Actively engage POS to build demand for company products – improve product visibility in store & boost sales out.
- Develop company brands in the area through POS – improved visibility and access.
- Reporting using CRM tools (visit reports/activities/prospects etc)
- Provide feedback on key market & competitor activities.
- Actively promote company loyalty program usage (Yalla Cash) and track usage index – set regional promotions.
- Contribute towards marketing plan and roll out in the area.
- Activate POS convention / seminars in the area
- Adhere to company’s code of conduct & values. Respect Anti-corruption, Antitrust and conduct business with integrity whilst adhering to the Safety rules.
Profil du candidat
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience (lubricants sales experience is preferable)
- Effective sales, communication and analytical skills
- Customer centric mindset and solution driven
- Strong key account management skills & ability to work remotely.
- Responsiveness in treating the internal and external demands.
- Energetic and success driven whilst having the ability to perform under pressure
