Monitoring awarded FM companies performance in order to enhance the bank’s premises environment and solve all engineering malfunctions as per approved SLA/contract.
Provide monthly evaluation reports for the hired FM companies performance through:
daily follow up & periodical inspection for the bank premises to evaluate its condition & prepare monthly evaluation reports
Periodical attendance for the preventive maintenance visits & guide the FM companies to finish all requested work properly
Review/validate the received monthly Maintenance reports from the awarded FM companies
Review submitted offers for spare parts/requested works to get the most (technical & financial) benefit and to report the technical feedback to the maintenance manager.
Inspect performed/repaired works by FM companies
Follow the maintenance manager instruction to handle all raised problems by Quality dep. & branch support to enhance work- flow quality and efficiency to achieve the best premises appearance and customer satisfaction.
Respond to emergencies & diagnose faults.
Receive, validate and process invoices until final settlement.
Preparing work plans and getting needed approvals for the design & execution of the Capex/Opex projects and to make sure of its compliance with the beneficiary needs & the bank design manual.
Follow up the execution of the corrective & preventive maintenance plans in order to make sure of not disturbing the business continuity for all branches and premises.
