Purpose of the job
To manage the technical and functional aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM modules, ensuring robust development, integration, and support in alignment with HR strategies. This role serves as the key liaison between HR and IT, ensuring the delivery of efficient and scalable Oracle HCM solutions to meet business needs.
Objectives of this Role
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, I Recruitment, Learning Management, and Performance Management.
- Translate HR business needs into functional and technical Oracle solutions.
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects across the HR systems landscape.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance with governance, and optimal system performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, and external vendors to drive digital HR transformation initiatives.
Job specification:
Education
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Oracle HCM certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience as a techno-functional Oracle EBS HCM Consultant in a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications or large enterprise sector.

- Skills and abilities:
- Strong technical knowledge in:
- PL/SQL, SQL
- Fast Formulas
- Oracle Self-Service (SSHR) configurations
- Form & SSHR personalization
- BI/ML Publisher reports
- EIT/SIT setups
- Workflows and AME setups
- User Hooks
- Solid experience in:
- HRMS functional analysis and documentation
- End-to-end data migration activities with high accuracy and governance compliance
- Managing system integrations with internal and external systems
- Troubleshooting and providing scalable HRMS solutions
- Preparing user documentation and delivering end-user training
- Designing and optimizing HR processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
