Job Responsibilities:
- Leading OCE market research project to clarify and quantify new engagement model impact (OCE) and its behavioral impact.
- Support HCP consent capture and data quality initiatives.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys related to Novartis’ new engagement model.
- Collect pharmacy market feedback to support omnichannel strategy development.
Candidate Profile
- Enrolled in the 4th or 5th year in the Faculty of Pharmacy.
- Digitally savvy and eager to explore new engagement models.
- Committed to learning and upholding compliance and data privacy standards.
- Strong communicators with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Interested in contributing to the future of healthcare in Egypt.
