Key Responsibilities:
- Develop media buying plans aligned with campaign goals, platforms, and target segments
- Execute and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and Snapchat
- Set up and test multiple ad sets (audiences, placements, creatives)
- Monitor and optimize for key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS
- Provide budget pacing and daily/weekly performance updates to the Digital Media Manager
- Coordinate with Strategists and Creative Team on ad copy, visuals, and funnel logic
- Assist in post-campaign performance analysis and future media planning
- Document platform-specific learnings and insights to improve future outcomes
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–5 years in digital media buying with multi-platform expertise
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads
- Understanding of targeting logic, bidding strategies, and campaign segmentation
- Experience with performance reporting and insight development
- Ability to coordinate clearly across teams (Accounts, Creative, Strategy)
