About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Advisor to join our medical team, focusing on CMVD therapeutic areas. This role involves developing and implementing medical strategies, building key stakeholder relationships, data generation programs and medical education programs to advance awareness of Servier's research, products, and therapeutic expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Medical Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of country medical plans in assigned therapy areas, ensuring alignment with global strategies
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with Therapy Area Experts (TAEs), Key Opinion Leaders, scientific societies, and healthcare professionals
- Medical Education: Design and implement best-in-class continuing medical education (CME) programs and medical projects with external experts
- Data Generation: Coordinate Phase IV studies and data generation projects, liaising with investigators throughout the process
- Scientific Support: Provide medical expertise to marketing, sales, and training teams while ensuring strong medical governance
Essential Requirements
- Education: Relevant Life Sciences degree (Bachelor of Pharmacy or Medicine)
- Previous experience as Medical Advisor in Cardiovascular Field
- Experience with clinical trials
- Background in medical communications or scientific writing
- Experience managing advisory boards or expert panels
- Language: Fluent English proficiency required

- Deep knowledge of CMVD products, disease areas, and competitive landscape
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs operations and customer dynamics
- Ability to create, manage, implement and follow up projects and events including various internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing codes, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
- Ability to analyze complex scientific data and communicate findings clearly
