Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinics and medical departments.
- Accurately document patient information in the system.
- Follow up on cases and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in call centers or the medical field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a strong advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
