Job Purpose
Create, manage and maintain the master blueprint (enterprise architecture) that guides the organization’s business and IT systems by having the vision and long-term perspective that gives the organization direction. This enables the prioritizing the business activities of etisalat and facilitates the adaptation of technology to the changing business needs.

Create target architecture that addresses the organization strategy and produce IT roadmap Produce solutions guidelines and standards that resulting from lessons learned and bestReview designs made by domain experts in business, application and technology domains. Provide guidance to the solution architects who apply enterprise standards and guidelines at the project level. . Research, collaborate, and influence vendors and internal development teams to develop innovative solutions to complex problemsKeeps architecture artifacts updated with plans and changes in the enterprise architecture repository.Review Process reengineering initiatives against the desired IT operating model
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in Business, Technology and/or Informatics, System Development. Proficient in simplifying and standardizing complex business processes and IT systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively Familiarity with Archimate and TOGAF Systems Thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking) Telecom business knowledge Knowledge of IT governance and operations Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, software, application, and systems engineering Project and program management planning and organizational skills Knowledge of financial modeling as it pertains to IT investment Able to engage at multiple levels: developer to C level leaders Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).
