As a Motion Designer, you will collaborate with our creative department to conceptualize and create compelling visual stories through motion graphics and animations. You should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our marketing and consulting teams to develop compelling designs that effectively communicate our expertise, values, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, film, and edit video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists.
- If necessary, operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Create visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and pitch designs.
- Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) to design and animate graphics.
- Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of animation principles and video editing techniques.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take creative direction.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Compensation & Work Environment:
- Location: Egypt
- Budget: $300 per month.
- Work Schedule: 8 hr/day Monday to Friday (11 PM - 7 PM Türkiye Time) - 4 hrs/day on Saturday.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: E£14,800.00 per month
