We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency and productivity. Roles & Responsibilities
- Organize office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team events.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide support as needed.
- Maintain office security and safety procedures.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Manage office budgets and expenses.
- Oversee facility management and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
