Job Summary
As a Sales Opener at Behomes, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients in the real estate industry. Your role is to initiate engagement, qualify prospects, and smoothly transition qualified leads to our sales team, helping to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect Initiation: Reach out to potential clients—real estate agents, brokers, or developers—via calls, emails, messaging apps, or social platforms.
- Cold Outreach: Actively connect with leads unfamiliar with Behomes, introducing our CRM solution and identifying their needs.
- Lead Qualification: Gather essential details such as company size, current CRM usage, interest in off-plan or secondary properties, and marketing pain points.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up qualified leads for follow-up by senior sales representatives or product demos.
- Data Management: Document all interactions accurately in our CRM, maintaining an organized lead pipeline.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback from initial interactions.
- Personal & Brand Representation: Professionally represent Behomes in all communications, fostering trust and building our brand reputation.
Qualifications & Ideal Profile
- Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, customer service, or sales support—real estate experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive and self-motivated personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred
- Ideal English and good Arabic
