Job Description:
We are hiring an Operation Team Leader with solid experience in the call center industry to lead and support a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, fluent in English (B2–C1), and passionate about driving performance and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role
- Call center background is a must
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
