• Support scheduling of classes, workshops, and other educational activities, ensuring optimal utilization of facilities and resources.
• Provide administrative assistance, including answering inquiries from students, clients, and staff. While maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure a conducive learning environment for attendees and address any facility-related issues.
• Assist with event planning and execution, including logistics coordination and communication with participants.
• Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies, including data privacy and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to operations and student services.
• Handling all Executive BU operations
• Handling Stockholders like printing houses.
Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills; experience with educational software or learning management systems preferred.• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or operations role is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
