We’re hiring on behalf of a respected client for the role of Oracle Fusion CX Services Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals experienced in Oracle Customer Experience (CX) to help organizations optimize and elevate their customer service operations using Oracle CX Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support Oracle CX Cloud Service modules including:
- Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, B2B Service, and Knowledge Management
- Conduct client workshops and gather service-related business requirements
- Configure case management, service request flows, and knowledge bases
- Integrate CX Service modules with other Oracle and third-party systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flows and customizations
- Lead testing, training, go-live, and hypercare support phases
- Create documentation and user adoption materials for end-users and administrators

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion CX Service modules
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and CRM best practices
- Ability to design and implement robust case and knowledge management workflows
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading client-facing workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Bilingual preferred: Arabic and English
