Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Principal Oracle HCM to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and support of our Oracle enterprise applications.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the Oracle environment.
- Manage Oracle application upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Oracle application solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle application standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement the organization's data analytics strategy in alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in managing Oracle enterprise applications and leading data analytics initiatives.
- Strong functional and/or technical understanding of Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications).
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, cloud-based data warehouses).
