As an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions to support financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and business performance management. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of Oracle EPM applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including Financial Planning, Consolidation, Profitability & Cost Management, and Narrative Reporting.
Configure and optimize Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SmartView, and other Oracle EPM tools.
Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and other financial regulations through effective EPM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EPM with ERP and other enterprise systems.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Oracle EPM applications.
Conduct training sessions and documentation to support end-users and technical teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support.
Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, SmartView, and Financial Consolidation.
Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and scripting languages for automation and data processing.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) – EPM or relevant certifications.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and ERP integrations.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
