We are Gradion, a deep tech consulting and development powerhouse helping businesses scale to billion-dollar valuations. We help companies scale, transform, and thrive-not just through technology, but through deep strategic partnership. With 300+ experts across 7 global offices, we don’t just build software; we challenge assumptions, design better futures, and co-create scalable solutions. Our ideas underpin successful exits, IPOs, strong financial results, and competitive advantages, as well as novel processes, new business models, and great user experiences. We work with clients who are scaling fast, entering new markets, or rethinking how their business should work in the digital age. We don’t act like typical outsourcers-we think, question, and lead.
We say no to office politics and pointless meetings. We celebrate curiosity, experimentation, and passion. We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments.
