Job Description
Pre-Opening:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the brand and local labor laws.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build a high-caliber team aligned with brand values.
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs that immerse new hires in Ennismore’s culture, service standards, and lifestyle concept.
- Establish performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous learning frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to design organizational structure and succession plans.
- Lead and inspire the People & Culture team to deliver exceptional support across all HR functions.
Operational:
- Manage ongoing recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies to sustain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits, and HR reporting with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Facilitate continuous training and professional development opportunities for all employees.
- Maintain high employee engagement by creating programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage colleagues’ accommodation logistics ensuring comfort and compliance with company standards.
- Oversee grooming standards and uniform policies to maintain the brand’s lifestyle image and professionalism.
- Collaborate with facilities management to ensure colleagues’ workspaces and communal areas meet safety, comfort, and brand aesthetics requirements.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the People & Culture team, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values.
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Brand Promotion:
- Champion Ennismore’s unique culture, ensuring all people practices reinforce the brand promise.
- Engage employees as brand ambassadors both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hospitality HR experience, preferably with pre-opening exposure.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
