About The Role
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Intern to join our People team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn about the core functions of People Operations, including HR administration, employee lifecycle management, and workplace culture initiatives. You'll play an active role in supporting our team as we build a thriving, people-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Support with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in organizing internal events, engagement initiatives, and surveys
- Help in drafting HR communications, policies, and process documentation
- Support payroll, benefits, and attendance tracking tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to the People Team on daily tasks and ongoing projects
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
