Planning Engineer (Furniture Production Projects)

Position Overview:
Drive the seamless execution of bespoke furniture projects through meticulous planning and scheduling. Ensure timely delivery of luxury products while optimizing resources and maintaining our uncompromising quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Create baseline plans, track progress, and forecast project milestones for high-end furniture production.
- Generate performance reports (KPIs, delays, resource allocation) for senior management.
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to align timelines and workflows.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Support resource planning (labor, materials, machinery) for complex custom orders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of planning/scheduling experience, preferably in luxury manufacturing or fit-out.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; ability to manage pressure and deadlines.
