As the Portfolio Pre-sale Senior Manager for MEA IP Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in driving our pre-sales activities across dedicated MEA countries and key anchor accounts. You will leverage your strong technical IP background to identify market trends, proactively develop business opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to tailor offers that maximize win probabilities. Your work will involve crafting innovative solutions and strategies, engaging directly with customers, and influencing their decision-making processes. You will be supported by a dynamic, cross-functional team and collaborate closely with technical experts and sales professionals, ensuring a collaborative and innovative work environment. - Lead pre-sale activities for key accounts in the MEA region, identifying business opportunities and driving proactive business development.
- Develop and refine technical offers and solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maximizing win probability across RFI/RFP/tendering phases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to enhance solution strategies, driving upsell opportunities and maximizing revenue.
- Engage with customers to understand their business requirements, providing expert consultancy on aligning Nokia’s solutions with their strategic goals.
- Independently manage tendering processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape, crafting innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage and address complex issues.
- Act as a subject matter expert, influencing decisions within the MEA IP Enterprise team and contributing to team strategy and growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, embracing change and seeking personal and team development opportunities.
Nice to have:
Advanced knowledge of IP networking and enterprise solutions for Enterprise and Mission Critical sectors.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, business development, or technical consulting.
- Understanding of business case development and strategic planning processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to clients.

- Experience with enterprise IT teams, data center collocation providers, or Webscale companies.
