Job Description
We are looking for a Product Designer with a minimum 5+ years of experience. In this role you will:
- Design user interfaces from wireframes to final visual designs, ensuring usability and simplicity.
- Participate in defining the product roadmap by contributing insights from a user experience perspective.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Prototype and test UX designs to meet user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the UX of the product.
- Work closely with other designers to ensure alignment across all features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX design (preferably in product design).
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Proven experience in e-learning, SaaS, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Living in Alexandria or willing to relocate.
Key Competencies:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to create and maintain design systems for scalable product design.
- Advanced Figma skills for designing and prototyping (must-have).
- Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and design validation.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring designs are both visually appealing and highly functional.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
