Job Title: Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) – LV Switchgear – Electrical Products

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) for our Electrical Products Business Unit—a key contributor to re-imagining electrification for a smarter, more connected world.
Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented
In this dynamic role, you will support the sales and offering activities for Low Voltage Switchgears, while managing the product portfolio in terms of pricing, technical support, and local development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life, aligned with Siemens’ goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps while identifying market trends, opportunities, and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote the LV switchgear portfolio and expand market share.
- Lead tendering activities across the Middle East, including technical/commercial proposal preparation and submission.
- Design optimized, cost-effective solutions tailored to customer requirements using the available portfolio.
- Provide technical guidance to partners during the tendering process and ensure timely post-tender support.
- Standardize proven concepts into replicable, ready-to-deploy solutions.
- Create and contribute to technical documentation and customer-facing materials.
- Act as the interface between headquarters, factories, regional teams, and global product management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Support customer engagements, including presentations and contract negotiations.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable institution.
- Strong technical background in Low Voltage Power Distribution and related standards/regulations.
- Solid experience in LV Switchgear tendering, product marketing, or product management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tendering/proposals or product management—preferably within a multinational company.
- Proficient in market and product analysis with a critical, data-driven approach.
- Excellent presentation and market intelligence skills.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in multicultural, diverse environments.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus.
