Build Product Construct to achieve desired penetration in Segments identified as well as enhancing value proposition for existing products to enhance brand vibrancy and salience.Develop new product solutions to establish Mashreq as an innovative player.Driving research for consumer insight to enhance customer's experience.
- Responsible for creating the product construct for new products across segments which will be the key drivers for future profits and EP.
- Responsible for launching new products & solutions cutting across segments.
- To implement research findings as evidenced by consumer research, to define areas of alliances and consumer benefits to bring the best in category product features.
- Increase product line sales by constantly recommending product pricing through detailed analysis of segment wise opportunities.
- To work with sales to define acquisition channels, incentive schemes, sales promotions to meet sales brand objectives.
- Manage customer experience strategy, requirements and business projects deliverables associated with delivery of product of product strategy including all product approval & control processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across customer experience, line of business, technology and program management to drive end to end product definition for strategic key initiatives.
- Collaborate with MasterCard and Visa to implement marketing strategies, enhance product offerings and leverage client excellence.
- Collaborate with Cards system providers to implement business objectives.
- To ensure alignments of overall business needs.
- Post Graduate / MBA
- 5-6 years of related banking experience with specific exposure of credit Cards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required being able to implement and coordinate new product launches, product revamps and other promotions, obtaining internal cross functional support.
- Excellence analytical skills are required to be able to track portfolio trends and identify weaknesses/opportunities to capitalize on acquisition opportunities.
- Good PC skills and system/process understanding to enable the individual to be 'hand-on' when involved with new product development, process automations and MIS generation.
