Job Description
We are seeking a Simulation Expert to join our dynamic team focused on optimizing production systems and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will use advanced simulation tools to model, analyze, and improve processes across manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing environments. You will play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions by providing actionable insights through simulation and scenario analysis.
Job Responsibilities
Key Working Areas Include;
Production Planning and Optimization: Design and simulate efficient production lines to optimize resource use and minimize lead times.
Logistics & Supply Chain Analysis: Model material flows, analyze transportation networks, and improve logistics operations.
Capacity Planning & Forecasting: Predict future demands, assess capacity requirements, and evaluate disruption impacts.
Warehouse and Distribution Design: Optimize layouts, storage strategies, and handling processes for improved warehouse efficiency.
Risk Management & Scenario Analysis: Develop and test mitigation strategies against supply chain uncertainties and production disruptions.

- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in a technical discipline is required.

Strong foundation in industrial engineering, operations research, or supply chain management
Hands-on experience with simulation tools like AnyLogic or Siemens Tecnomatix®
Skilled in data analysis, modeling, and interpreting simulation results
Proficient in Python, Java, or C++ for scripting and automation
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and supply chain principles (e.g., JIT, Kanban)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and stay current with industry trends
