Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Project Writer to facilitate the development of a scalable synthetic data generation framework and integrate it with AI-based fault detection systems. This role is critical in enabling high-fidelity simulations, driving automation in fault detection, and strengthening our technical capabilities in AI model development using synthetic data. The ideal candidate combines expertise in simulation modeling, machine learning, and data engineering.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

1. Develop a Framework for Synthetic Data Generation

• Design and implement a modular and scalable framework for synthetic data generation using high-fidelity simulations.

• Ensure the framework is adaptable to a range of business domains and objectives, supporting both current and future use cases.

• Integrate tools and platforms for simulation data orchestration and generation at scale.

2. Facilitate Automatic Fault Detection

• Utilize the synthetic data framework to build AI/ML models for automatic fault detection.

• Validate models using both synthetic and real-world data to ensure accuracy, robustness, and generalizability.

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deploy and monitor fault detection models for real-time diagnostics and commissioning.

3. Build Technical Competencies and Best Practices

• Act as a technical lead and mentor, helping to elevate team understanding of synthetic data, data management, and model training.

• Develop documentation, training sessions, and internal resources to standardize best practices in synthetic data usage.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed synthetic data generation techniques into broader data and AI pipelines

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong experience in simulation modeling, synthetic data generation, or digital twin environments.

• Knowledge of Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data generation tools.

• Strong Knowledge of machine learning workflows, especially for classification or anomaly detection tasks.

• Experience deploying AI models into production environments.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or custom simulation engines for data generation.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and data versioning (e.g., DVC, MLflow).

• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or IoT-heavy domains.
