- Handle all related operation & maintenance activities in the assigned building\buildings.
- Follow-up on managed service company works in the assigned building\buildings.
- Close monitoring on the work performance in the assigned building\buildings.
- Follow-up on preventive maintenance works schedules as plan.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all EBC internal requirement are considered.
- Prepare the needed executive summary & BCs for the needed works on premises.
- Review existing building designs for any proposed enhancements\changes to ensure do ability.
- Establish full design package for the needed enhancements\changes on the assigned building\buildings.
- Establish detailed BOQ of works.
- Select the efficient type of equipment & durable materials used & proper vendor selection.
- Coordinate with Procurement till awarding the works to vendors.
- Supervise construction contractors\vendors during implementation phase with a proper handing over.
- Comply with all H&S procedures.
- Meet assigned OPEX & CAPEX
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Proficient command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- 10+ years of experience in the Operation and Maintenance sector (hard facilities), specifically in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).
- Experience in the facility management industry focused on operation and maintenance is preferred.
