Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester with hands-on experience in testing ERP or CRM systems and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will validate business workflows across web and mobile platforms, ensuring stability, usability, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze business requirements and write clear, comprehensive test cases
-Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms
-Execute functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX tests
-Conduct mobile app testing on Android and iOS (UI, behavior, installation, responsiveness)
-Report and track bugs using Jira or equivalent
-Test core modules of ERP or CRM systems like HR, Finance, Sales, or Inventory
-Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to validate features and fixes
-Participate in UAT and contribute to test documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
2–3 years of experience in manual and -functional testing.
-Prior experience testing ERP or CRM systems.
-Solid knowledge in testing mobile apps (Android & iOS).
-Understanding of mobile UI/UX guidelines, device compatibility, and screen resolutions.
-Familiar with tools like Jira, TestRail, and optionally Postman.
-Basic database knowledge (SQL) is a plus.
-Good communication and analytical thinking.
